★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice beautiful place to enjoy the Alentejo countryside. Five minutes away from beautiful Reguengos de Monsaraz and from the Alqueva and the river beach its a great place for some family time and 2 hours from Lisbon by car. You can choose different types of apartments, some of them with a small kitchen. Staff is really friendly and always willing to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place ! The rooms are really comfortable ! The personnel is really nice and helpful ! The swimming pools are a bit cold, but refreshing ! It's really close to monsaraz (30min walking) !
Breakfast is great too !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to spend some days to rest. The zone is very quiet so you can be by the pool just listening to the birds. The rooms are good with space for two People. The breakfast could be improved. The location is great since you are just some few miles away from the castle and can even walk to Sem Fim restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel in the middle of the countryside very close to Monsaraz. The rooms are really big (apartment style) and you are just looking at the fields of Alentejo so no noise. Breakfast is in the main building, but my favorite part was the porch at sunset. Staff is beyond friendly, the ladies would go above and beyond for you. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little place in Monsaraz for a family retreat. The villas are arranged between two pools. Make sure to book a villa/room next to the main (bigger) pool, especially if traveling with children (more space to play). The breakfast is simple, consistent and the quality is there. Expect a few local treats like the homemade cakes (oh, and espresso is also available on request).
The staff are very, very friendly and do their best to accommodate one's needs.
The cleaning is out of this world. It's on par with some of the best 5 star hotels, tbh.
Also, the location helps should you wish to visit the Alqueva Dam, nearby villages (pottery stores are a must) and fluvial beaches (search for Amieira beach). There are also a couple of good restaurants in a 10 km radius (Sem Fim and Adega do Cachete come to mind).
Finally, the sunsets next to the pool are simply amazing.
Will certainly return.
