Vilabranca Turistic Apartments

We had a good stay. Staff is helpful. AVOID rooms with twin beds, the emergency light in the rooms are ON all the time, impossible to sleep. Also, we could not get the staff to bring an extra chair to the room in 4 days. There is a problem with management. Otherwise, perfect swimming pool and super clean bedrooms.

Stayed in a studio with kitchenette. Overall very clean room. Pleasing and professional staff. Organized breakfast but not plenty options. On the negative side, changing towels every 3 days seems to me to be too lazy and unthoughtful. A place to comeback if the opportunity arises.

Nice, clean, new apartment is very comfortable and relaxing. Parking right Infront of the apartment. All the necessary in the kitchen and bath. Just to enjoy ?

Nice rooms on a complex a fair way from the city. Very clean and tidy with a nice pool area. The breakfast was really nice served in the room ?great value accommodation

Had a brilliant week here, all of the staff were amazing and the facilities are great value for money. The location is perfect with it being only a 15 minute walk to multiple beaches and a 20 minute walk into the center of Lagos. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to explore Lagos.

The house we are staying in is comfortable, the beds are comfortable, sofas are lovely and you have loungers outside ,it's a "Hotel style type" acomodation so you can have the cleaning services daily of you like, the TV is not smart so you are stuck with local TV, the kitchen offers fridge freezer, microwave and separate oven, also included a very cheap leaking kettle (why go for the cheapest ??) Electric hob, 4-5 plates, and cups wine glasses etc. It's ok but VERY basic... the kitchenware is basic, no more then 4-5 items for each.. There is a table and chairs in the kitchen and you can easily cook dinner as it's is equipped with pots and pens (chairs are peeling so not great) No salt/sugar etc. (This is rather annoying since things like that you do get in cheaper accomodations) in fact there wasn't washing liquid or hand soap or cleaning wipe and I had to "argue" a little to get it, there is a washing machine and dishwasher but no cleaning detergents and in all honesty... nobody that is coming for 4 days is going to buy a whole pack of cleaning materials right??? so either provide it or allow customers to buy a small portion for the stay? (Just a thought) The shower pressure and water temperature were great (no toiletries) except for hand soap. And you can ask for new towels if you need it. The pool looks lovely however in December it's pointless, I'm sure it's fab in the summer. Impression: The house is very comfortable, the enterior design is very modern, stylish and lovely, the location is great 5-10m from supermarket, beaches, center of town etc. The only thing I would change or focus and certainly suggest for improvement is the customer experience and care that could certainly be easily improved.

Lovely apartments, clean, spacious and modern. Staff very friendly. Two swimming pools available, deck chairs sanitised every night. Breakfast was the same every day but a good variety of food. They operated breakfast on a booking system so the restaurant was never overcrowded. Overall very good experience, would definitely return.

Spacious, modern and overall clean apartments. Wifi was adequate although it did not cover all of the apartment. Appliances were brand new and A/C worked fine. Washer and dryer would have been a great addition, as well essential like dish soap, dish towels/scrub. (Low season experience)
