★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here with friends in March and it was so good that we managed to get a great price from Jay for a long term winter let until mid March. We are currently staying and we couldn't ask for more as we are having great weather and its also great to be able to invite all the family for Chrsitmas and New Year. We are only using the upper wing of the villa with it's great 5 en-suite bedrooms and the villa is still too big ! Everyting is well kept and the staff that comes to clean every week is very friendly. Thanks again Jay

The process - booking, information, check in and check out - was all very efficient. As I say, we are very interested in coming back next year so please keep us informed of availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We, a family of 22 people (16 adults and 6 kids) stayed a week at this great property and we all had a great time, the villa is huge, plenty of different places for everyone to play, relax, drink & eat and dance without ever having the feeling it never felt it was cramped. All roms have great size and all en-suite. We could all shower at the same time which was new to us when compared to other large villas we sayed before. All was amazing but the heated pool, the beer on tap and nightclub were something out of this world ! Jay and his team were a great help from the booking process until we returned home. Can't wait to go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this villa as a group in Vilamoura playing golf and our first impression is WOW. Fantastic location for all the golf and the Marina etc. (about €7 in a cab). We were met by a lovely lady called Sandra who showed us around and explained everything the villa had to offer, including the use of the Villas minibus, which was something on other villa offered. This is a massive villa inside and out. All the bedrooms are a good size with a fantastic master suite. The internal living space more than adequate if it was at full capacity and is fully equipped with everything you need. We opted for the additional draft beer which is highly recommended. The external seating and dining is a great space and has many social and private areas. Other extras we opted for were the pool heating and maid service, both of which were delivered as expected.
Overall this is a fantastic villa, with loads of space which would suit large family groups and smaller groups alike. We would definitely stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We haven’t actually stayed at Villamarques yet but have booked to do so a couple of years ago. Due to the pandemic we’ve had trips cancelled by the government on more than one occasion, which has been beyond frustrating for everyone but throughout it all the communication and understanding from Jay has been faultless and generous given what he must be going through.
The reason for this review now is to say anyone going searching for villas now and concerned about the pandemic - you couldn’t do any better than choosing this one for peace of mind that they’ll adapt and find solutions if the worst happens.
The industry needs more owners like this.
Review of the property itself when we finally are able to go but I’m in little doubt it’ll be incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems odd to be writing a review when we’ve been unable to travel due to COVID restrictions, but it’s important to know that the owner Jay has been fantastic throughout. We booked at late notice after a large family trip to the US had to be postponed. Jay responded quickly and in detail to enable us to make a quick decision. He was exceptionally patient and considerate over the changes in travel status and quick to refund when it became impossible to go. We love the area and very much hope to take the opportunity to go in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing Villa, the size cannot be understood unless you are there. The outside space is massive and would suit groups of 20 + easily. Jay the owner was so helpful and the uys on the ground during the stay were just as good. No problems to big. The pool area is so big and safe, it feels as big as a hotel pool area. The pool itself was top class. Many little things like the beer tap, the big TV, the en suite bathrooms and the kids play area make it perfect. The size of the villa means you can still be in your room and not hear a thing. 2 of everything in the kitchen, loads of utensils. I could go on and on. If you planning a big family holiday for 20 people this is the place to be. The courtesy minibus was also a gift for the shop runs, the trips to the marina.
We are definitely going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vilamarques is just the most amazing party villa you could wish for! You can live like a millionaire with your own pool, hot tub and nightclub not to mention all the other extras like a games room, table tennis table and 4 poster day bed. There are 9 luxurious bedrooms plus extensive indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. It even comes with its own 9 seater minibus for ferrying everyone around. We have stayed there 3 times: once on a special extended family holiday with children, once with friends for a big birthday celebration and once with a smaller group of mixed ages and every time it exceeds expectations. The staff keep the villa spotlessly clean and it has everything you could possibly want and more for a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Beautiful Falesia beach is only a few minutes away, as is the spectacular Vilamoura Marina with all its bars, restaurants and music venues. Thanks so much Jay for sharing your paradise villa with us. We very much hope to return again soon.
