But the quality of main courses is sub standard . The fries (the thin frozen ones, not the home cut patatoes) arrived soggy. The meat cut were Ok.
The food is more fast food type than fine dining.
Nonetheless, we enjoyed the dinner.
The cats are cute

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go in as a tourist and leave as family. The food is perfect. Delicious and something for everyone on the menu. The wine selection is top notch. There is something for every pallet and the staff really knows the wine. The best part of this hidden gem is the staff. They are friendly, fun, accommodating and amazing. They make dining a real experience and have the best recommends. If you are visiting Sintra or just passing through this place is a must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was super good! We were looking for a place that wouldn’t be a tourist trap, and this really met our expectations. We saw the good reviews and someone at another restaurant (I guess he was local) said the place was really good. Very friendly staff, good ambiance, and food was delicious. We had bacalhau a bras, bife a casa, patatas bravas, bacalhau croquettes and fried calamari. Would totally recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The starter combo was amazing (the bread was sweet and the combination woth the cream cheese was just ?). We didn't really enjoy the prego sandwich though... We had drinks as well and paid around 25€ in total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food and service, with several vegetarian options (cheese plate, salad, seitan sandwich).
The food was good, service prompt, and menus in several languages.
It’s mostly outdoor seating though they had small blankets/throws available (and overhead heaters presumably for very cold days).
We ate here when walking from the Moorish castle to Sintra National Palace and it was the perfect stop.
