La piscine est très bien entretenu. Par contre c'est parfois un peu bruyant a cause du restaurant a côté où il y a des live musics.
 Beautiful area. Beautiful apartments. Close to the center of the old town and the beach (+/- 20 min on foot)
The pool is very well maintained. On the other hand, it is sometimes a little noisy because of the restaurant next door where there is live music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great time in there, since the house was very spacious and clean. With small balconies on opposite sides of the house, the sunlight came in at every hour.
I stayed there in business context on Apr/May, working from home and I recommend in this case you to take your own internet hotspot, since the provided WiFi was very slow (~3MB downl.).
The available swimming pool was great as well, my 4 years old son loved it - clean waters and well exposed to sunlight.
