★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaaaanz schlecht. Zerfällt, da nichts investiert wird. Personal unmotiviert. Reinigungszustand sehr schlecht. Studios werden am Wochenende nicht gereinigt. Kitchenette keine Lappen, kein Spülmittel, kein Geschirrhandtuch.
Gaaaanz bad. Disintegrates because nothing is invested. Staff unmotivated. Cleaning condition very bad. Studios are not cleaned at the weekend. Kitchenette no rags, no detergent, no tea towel.

Where can I start? It is proving to be a horrible experience:
1) Cockroaches in housing V2 2017
2) Cleaning without vacuum cleaner
3) Without hot water most of the time
4) Unable to open the water in the kitchen
5) No air conditioning

Basic , spotlessly clean thanks to the great housekeeping staff , and perfect for a relaxing , sun drenched beach and pool holiday with nightly FREE Entertainment
