A bit of History of our websites
Carvoeiro.Rentals is our brand new website for direct bookings at a touch of a button of exclusive Pac4Portugal villas. Pac4Portugal was developed in 2014, by Alex Cracknell (rental agent) and Fernando Cabrita (constructor).
Following working individually in their own companies, they both discovered similar frustrations. Firstly, with quality of properties and secondly, levels of service of third parties. Clearly, they both had the same vision, to build a new brand known for “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”. Subsequently Pac4Portugal was created and they have never looked back.
Fast forward to 2021. Clearly there is a highly competitive rental market in Carvoeiro and Portugal. Evidently it is important to evolve as a business. Indeed, we decided to showcase our Pac4Portugal exclusive villas in one website. Without a doubt, we chose Carvoeiro.villas from our portfolio of domains. Unquestionably a highly appropriate domain name and looks great! However it lacked some of the functionality we really wanted. Carvoeiro.villas remains as an informative website as we have some great blogs on there.
At the start of 2022 with the start of the new way of living life with Covid, we have found demand high. That coupled with the launch of stunning new property Villa Maritima, it has been evident that we need to offer you a quick way for you to book with us. Thus, February 2022 has seen the launch of Carvoeiro.rentals.
It should be noted that on Pac4Portugal.com you will see that we advertise around 15 properties. Moreover, here you only see villas our team directly manage and promotes rentals on behalf of the owners.
Giving us more control of the quality and service of the properties and the rental clients. Besides we select only properties that meet our brand vision for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 10 days September 2021: my wife and I, 3 daughters, and 89 and 85 year old parents. Villa is stunning, we all took gin and tonics onto the roof to watch the magnificent sunsets, there sre sofas up there. There's table tennis, pool table, basketball hoops; loads of space; 6 beautiful ensuites with uber comfortable super king or twin beds; beautiful large pool; short walk to Carvoeiro town, an excellent restaurant incredibly just 80 metres away; and the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in anywhere. We love Carvoeiro, this was our 8th visit and will return using PAC Portugal again, their attention to detail, consideration and flexibility is a major plus for us. Top marks Alex, many thanks, hope to see you next year.
