About Villa Joao Paulo

The UK’s leading villa specialist.

We’ve been around since 1986 and whilst we’ve grown a bit since then, we still personally visit all the villas in our collection. Only selecting those that we know will provide great holidays and we still turn away many more villas than we take on.

As we know how important your holidays are, we have a dedicated Customer Care team in the UK and local in resort experts in our destinations to make sure things go smoothly.

We’ve a great range of villas, all with private pools, across European destinations, and are confident you’ll find the right villa for you.

Had the best week, the villa was well equipped for 7 of us, there are plenty of chairs to go around , we never had a problem....owners we got to meet were very friendly and made sure we were ok twice on our week away....would highly recommend such a lovely villa and holiday Aug 2018

Gorgeous villa. Lovely garden with pool. 4 bedrooms, very spacious. Lots of storage for clothes. The only criticism is the beds are hard.

Beautiful villa, you'll definitely be impressed. But a few niggles, take a little bit of the shine off it. The "heated" pool was freezing. The villa sleeps 8 but all three tables (kitchen, dining room, veranda) only seat 6! The kitchen is massively understocked with utensils, pans etc. Washing machine, but no dryer, which is fine, unless it pours down all week like it did for us! We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children. But there was no way to turn the "twin" room myself and my partner had, into a double, despite the fitted wardrobes and ensuite clearly indicating it was originally built as such. Yet the "Double" downstairs DIDN'T have an ensuite, so my brother and wife had to use the ensuite in their children's "twin" room. It might seem petty, but a little more thought on these matters goes a long way. Finally, the location is a bit out of the way. Nothing but other villas for a good mile. It's walkable to the beach/shops, but only if you're fairly fit (dog owners so used to it), and you're not carrying much. It's a bit of a hilly route. Recommend you get a car.

Stunning Villa, plenty of space both inside and out. Beautifully decorated. Sparkling clean, But kitchen was badly equipped for the needs of 8 people, indeed both the indoor and outdoor tables were 6 seaters, despite the villa having 8 beds. Also the "heated" pool was freezing. Apparently it's in the small print that the pool heater only heats it 2 or 3 degrees higher than air temperature. So just be aware, if it's a cool week, don't expect the pool to be steaming. Location is in the middle of a big suburb of similar accomodations. It's a couple of miles walk to any shops, bars or attractions.
