★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pérola perdida na serra. Local muito agradável, luxuoso e com staff simpático. Os quartos são confortáveis, apenas o pormenor dos tectos demasiado altos os tornam menos acolhedores pela imponência desnecessária da escolha arquitectónica. O Restaurante oscila entre a desilusão total, com um péssimo bacalhau numa tentativa de cozinha gourmet, e a agradável surpresa com um menu especial a uma segunda-feira composto por uma entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. Gourmet ou não, os preços são desadequados e são transversais a todos os serviços extra, com ênfase no bar.
 A pearl lost in the mountains. Very nice place, luxurious and with friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable, only the detail of the ceilings too high make them less welcoming by the unnecessary grandeur of the architectural choice. The restaurant ranges from total disappointment, with a lousy cod in an attempt to gourmet cuisine, and the pleasant surprise with a special menu on a Monday consisting of a starter, main course and dessert. Gourmet or not, the prices are inadequate and are transverse to all the extra services, with an emphasis on the bar.

Bons quartos e boa cama. Uma fantástica vista, a pedir momentos de sossego na varanda.
Poderia ter entrado para meu o Top 10 melhores hotéis de 4 estrelas... não fosse a falta de tato na recepção, o facto de receber um quarto sem varanda (aparentemente os 4 quarto de cama de casal são os únicos sem varanda? E o bom senso de sugerir mudar?!?) por último sugeria um espaço exterior com uma pequena piscina e bar de apoio. Este hotel é uma boa escolha e segura. Muito recomendado.

Good rooms and good bed. A fantastic view, to ask for quiet moments on the balcony.
Could have entered for my the Top 10 best 4 star hotels ... other than the lack of tact at reception, the fact of receiving a room without balcony (apparently the 4 double bed room are the only ones without balcony? good sense of suggesting change?!?) finally suggested an outside space with a small pool and support bar. This hotel is a good and safe choice. Very recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing refuge from the city rush, in the middle of nature. The staff is really friendly and the ammenities are invitting (pool, spa, game room, restaurant, etc). Walking distance to the village center. There are nearby walking and biking trails if you like to combine nature and sports. If you are thinking about visiting you should check the website - very often there are nice promotions that help getting this 4 star hotel for much less than what one usually pays for similarly rated hotels.

Disappointed with poor Bar service or should I say non existante.
There were 3 waiters. 2 people in restaurant.
While I was eating my starter my partner by then finish. The waiter ask if she could take the plates. I say no as I was still eating. Which she should clearly see it.
Poor training...
Receptionist was on the phone for ages at the time. Explaining everything the hotel have...
On the beers menu say white beer. So I ask which beers they had when I saw someone. She ask if I could wait but by then I been awaiting about 15minutes. So I said I already been waiting for a while. Another 10 minutes pass so we gave up.
The waiters need to speed up their service. If they can't cope with fairly empty hotel how will they cope if a bit busier.
