★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En primera lugar el alojamiento no es una villa, sino un conjunto de 6 viviendas adosadas con piscina y jardín comunitario.
La casa es amplia, las habitaciones y demás estancias son grandes, tiene a/a en todas las habitaciones excepto en el comedor.
La casa estaba limpia y recogida, se respira ambiente agradable, que desentona con la entrada de la casa llena de escombros sillas viejas y demás articulos inservibles.
Dispones de aparcamiento con capacidad para varios vehículos, aunque el pavimento de acceso está lleno de socavones y baches.
 First of all, the accommodation is not a villa, but a set of 6 semi-detached houses with a communal pool and garden.
The house is spacious, the rooms and other rooms are large, it has a / c in all rooms except the dining room.
The house was clean and tidy, there is a pleasant atmosphere, which is out of step with the entrance of the house full of rubble, old chairs and other useless articles.
You have parking with capacity for several vehicles, although the access pavement is full of holes and potholes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is convenient, Old Town is a short drive and the local beach is only 15 minutes by foot. But it does need a revamp, both internal decor and external appearance could do with updating. Note that there's no heating so if you stay over the winter months it does get nippy inside and you need to wrap up. Pool is not heated, not unreasonable at this price range. So average at best but fair for the price.
