PEDIR ORÇAMENTO ANTES!
Hoje senti-me um pato pois paguei demasiado por uma lavagem completa.
Quando questionei o valor disse-me o gerente que foi meia manhã e meia tarde de trabalho. Ora eu deixei o carro às 14h00!
Enfim, têm o direito de cobrar pois não fui diligente nem pedi orçamento (mas quem o faz para uma lavagem?), mas definitivamente a não voltar!
Quanto ao serviço, "nhe", assim assim.

Today I felt like a duck because I paid too much for a complete wash.
When I questioned the value the manager told me that it was half morning and half afternoon of work. Now I left the car at 2 pm!
Anyway, they have the right to charge because I was not diligent or asked for budget (but who does for a wash?), But definitely not coming back!
As for the service, "nhe", like that.
Overall, A THEFT!
