★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if I could. My friend and I called him to be picked up and brought to our Airbnb. He stated that he knew our location and would come to pick us up in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we called back to ask if he was still on his way. He acted as though he forgot where we told him to go. If he did forget, he should have called us back and asked. He then said he would be there in 10 minutes and never showed up or called to ask us where we were. Worst service I have ever had.

I unfortunately speak no Portuguese but the driver was able to communicate in English, which I appreciated. Thank you!
