★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reserving a car online we turned up with our confirmation email and where told they have no cars today. The man at the desk was very rude and talked to us like we were scum. I can get over the fact we didn't receive any notification about the lack of cars available after making the reservation, these things happen, but for someone to be so rude was kicking us while we were down.
