★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel is located in centre, we can walk easily to reach the sightseeing spot . The staff in hostel is hospitalized and the breakfast is very good. We can share our travel experience with each other when we stay in dormitory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are ok for the established prices. The staff is friendly and nice, always trying to be helpful and gave us an alternative room, cause in our case, it was too small. The breakfast could be a lot better, in a country where the bread is so good, they had this plastic bread available, lucky that in front there was a small coffee shop with very good quality bread. The only thing I really enjoyed on the breakfast was the coffee, they have a really nice coffee machine. The place is one of the best, really near to "baixa pombalina". Enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean but small, the showers and toilets are not super hygienic, but okay. Breakfast is included, but it's quite bad; go get breakfast somewhere in the city. It's a very cheap hostel, so don't expect the radisson. Cost/quality wise it was good. The location is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks can be deceiving! From the outside, and from pictures on booking websites, this hostel seems nice. Once you get inside the building, however, you can see that the rooms are small and the showers aren't that clean. There are a lot of bugs too.
Location-wise, it's nice at least. Felt safe here too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Hostel It is just a place who wants to save money. You have to understand what a hostel is. The place is clean the breakfast is fare. Not much to say. For us the hotel is just a place for sleeping because we are interested in the city. But I think that's worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the negative opinions I must say the place must have undergone renovation and/or staff has been changed. The reception staff is really friendly and the room we had (one double bed) was really ok, simply but clean. The show room area and toilets are clean and looked after (although in one of the toilets there was a broken window). I didn’t see any mould, bugs or any dirt in the kitchen area.
It was a really enjoyable stay. Although it’s a bit noisy from the street. But it’s the very city centre. As for the hostel it was quiet at nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, breakfast included, clean showers and bathroom. The rooms are a little small but includes lockers for personal stuff. Our rooms had a direct door to a small balcony with allowed fresh air to come in. When arriving, use the elevator, as the stairs are dark and the hostel is located at the top of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unpleasant experience staying in this hostel. Toilets and bath: smelled like pee and were very dirty. It was impossible to sleep at night due to noise. Some guests (seemed to be a family) were screaming and running around and playing music at night which no one seemed to stop. In the morning when I went to the common sink area in the bathroom, I found one of the children naked while peeing on the floor. In the toilet they had left an open diaper. Overall I did not feel welcome or relaxed in the hostel and I do not recommend it to anyone!
