Nunca vi um consultório onde as assistentes de dentista tem que tratar tb do atendimento, provocando longos períodos de espera. Pk nao contratam alguém para tratar apenas do atendimento? Estou há mais de uma semana a tentar marcar consulta via site, mail e SMS e até agora responderam me de forma muito vaga e ao fim de värios dias que a médica está de férias. Tentei que me informassem da data de regresso mas nunca mais responderam. Assim se perdem clientes. The service remains of mediocre quality, despite the good medical quality. Just for that I don't give 1 star. I have never seen a doctor's office where dental assistants have to deal with the service, causing long waiting periods. Pk do not hire someone to handle only the service? I have been trying to make an appointment via website, mail and SMS for over a week and so far they have answered me very vaguely and after several days that the doctor is on vacation. I tried to get them to inform me of the return date but they never responded. That way customers are lost.

S	Susana Nini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ando desde algum tempo a querer marcar uma consulta para o meu marido, pois falaram me do excelente serviço médico, mas as recepicionistas nunca responderam aos vários mails que enviei, nem a pergunta pelo facebook, fui presencialmente tirar uma dúvida para transmitir ao meu marido, a fim de ele marcar o dia, nem um sorriso por baixo da mascara e responderam de forma seca e sem paciencia. Creio que uma clinica com tão bons médicos, merecia umas recepcionistas/assistentes à altura... Tive a sofrer durante a noite com dores e me atenderam com excelência. Muito obrigado. I was extremely well attended by Dr. Susana and colleague. They were kind to me on a Sunday, saving my life. O médico é bom, quando você conseguir sua consulta primeiro. Eles fazem esperar muito tempo sem nem pensar em você. never again, they keep canceling my appointment (4 times and still no treatment). Appointments are unreliable. The doctor is good when you get your first appointment. They make you wait a long time without even thinking about you.
S	Sanaz Nik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have a teeth problem and you are in the Lisbon and Almada area, you may chose this clinic. It is easily accessible by car, taxi, train, and bus. There are public parking around, but clinic does not have its own parking. Its close to pharmacy. You may find their contact information in Internet and can book an appointment easly true phone. If you are not portuguese you will not have problem for communication if your English skills be in the B1 level. The staff are helpful and nice. They accept insurances such as Multicare. It's perfectly clean and they follow the covid protocols. The medical staff, dentists and nurses, are competence, helpful, and nice. I am absolutely satisfied by their work. If you have emergency situation, you don't need to get appointment, you just need to go there and they will visit you between other patients.
