 I love the location, the service, the food. Always fresh, the service is fast and the price compatible. The attendants could be friendlier. But it takes well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No restaurante vitaminas do centro comercial Palácio do Gelo, colaboradores pouco educados, isto porque os questionei a razão pelo qual me estavam a servir em quantidades inferiores os produtos na salada que eu costumo comer com frequência! Responderam ser "política da casa"
In the vitamins restaurant at the Palácio do Gelo shopping center, uneducated employees, this is because I asked them why they were serving me in smaller quantities the products in the salad that I usually eat! They responded to being "house policy"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saladas caras para aquilo que leva, a de ananás e camarão muito mau, camarão estava escondido, com apenas 5 pequenos. Os são bons mas caros. A meu ver perdeu qualidade/quantidade ao longo dos anos. Perderam uma cliente.
Expensive salads for what you take, pineapple and very bad shrimp, shrimp was hidden, with only 5 small ones. The ones are good but expensive. In my view it has lost quality / quantity over the years. They lost a client.

Pedi baguete sem glúten, disseram que tinha que esperar 5 minutos porque não tinham pão. Esperei 20. Veio quente por fora e a desfazer por dentro, parecia areia numa sandes de queijo fresco com alface e tomate que custou muito para o tamanho e qualidade dos ingredientes.
Dislike in the service.
I ordered gluten free baguette, they said I had to wait 5 minutes because they didn't have bread. I waited 20. It was hot on the outside and crumbling inside, it looked like sand in a fresh cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato that cost a lot for the size and quality of the ingredients.

O brócolis estava murcho e velho.
Não faço a mínima ideia como um estabelecimento desse sobreviveu ao COVID.
Totalmente patético e medíocre.
Comam em qualquer outro lugar no shopping que vocês vão ter uma experiência melhor.
Terrible service, absolutely tasteless food. Prices do not reflect quality and quantity.
The broccoli was wilted and old.
I have no idea how an establishment like this survived COVID.
Totally pathetic and mediocre.
Eat anywhere else in the mall and you will have a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting in line, then I ordered, paid then they say the bread needs 10 min to be ready! If it’s not ready why don’t u say before people paying! She told me take salad, well I don’t want salad !! Another 10 min to find a change of 10€ to return my money back even though I paid by card ! So finally they gave me back 9 euros minus 10cent for the service ! I don’t understand what service exactly !! Yes 10 cents if nothing but something is wrong here!!
