★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been training here for 4 months and the experience is beyond awesome. I improved a lot in terms of boxing skills as well as physical fitness. The trainers here are super cool and well established professionally. I enjoyed every class with them. I have to say it is also one of the most modern and trendy boxing gym I have ever been too. Come here and you won’t waste your time finding another one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will recommend this club 100%, since I arrived they integrated me in the club, everyone was very sociable even though I didn't speak Portuguese everyone try to talk to me and the instructor Pedro is always patience to explain the exercises in different languages: spanish, French, english, he is working on his finnish and obviously portuguese.
The facilities are top, everything is super clean and covid 19 safe.
Regarding the technical aspect, the classes are very good is not a gym where you only go to do cardio, they really make the effort of teach you this great sport and if you are willing to learn the one and only philly shell aka shoulder roll aka Mayweather's guard this is your gym!
Thank you very much all of you guys from coaches to partners you made my lisbon experience way better it was a pleasure to fight and to learn with all of you! It was a pleasure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great classes and instructors. I worked out here last summer and just signed up again for this summer while I am in town. They are super knowledgeable/technical, and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend it to any foreigners in Lisbon who are looking for a local boxing gym.
