★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior local onde poderia ter ido. Quando foi para fazer o seguro eram impecáveis, respondiam a e-mail's e atendiam sempre os telemoveis.
Depois de te rcomunicado a cessação de seguro por venda foi sempre a ser o pior possível no mercado: Ninguém atende às chamadas, foi preciso mil e um documentos para poderes proceder à cessação (algo que em nenhuma seguradora alguma vez me tinham pedido) e após enviar estou à espera há mais de um mês da devolução e de uma resposta desta "mediadora".
 The worst place I could have been. When it came to taking out insurance they were impeccable, responded to emails and always answered cell phones.
After I informed you about the termination of insurance by sale, it was always the worst possible on the market: Nobody answers the calls, it took a thousand and one documents to proceed with the termination (something that no insurance company had ever asked me to do) and after send I've been waiting more than a month for the return and a response from this "mediator".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the office staff rude. do not want speak english with foreigners. but they need clients and money. be careful with cheap options they provide. always check and get in writing what conditions of the insurance policy. like how much final value, how many months, and specially, how many assistance's they will provide if your vehicle breakdown. they are cheaters. with many they cheat.
