Foram contratados para fazer manutenção de sistema de incêndio, e deixaram-nos o alarme de incêndio a tocar todo o fim de semana. Na segunda feira seguinte, deslocaram-se novamente a loja, arranjaram o que ficou por arranjar na deslocação anterior e ainda cobraram uma segunda deslocação. Para além do responsável da empresa ter sido muito mal educado e indelicado, não conseguimos chegar a acordo para o não pagamento da segunda deslocação, a qual não concordamos com o pagamento, uma vez que era da responsabilidade da empresa ter deixado o sistema a funcionar correctamente na primeira deslocação. Serviço caro e de má qualidade para além de nem valer a pena comentar o tipo de tratamento pessoal que tivemos.

On the following Monday, they went to the store again, got what was left for the previous trip and even charged for a second trip. In addition to the head of the company being very rude and impolite, we were unable to reach an agreement for the non-payment of the second trip, which we did not agree with the payment, since it was the company's responsibility to have left the system working properly on the first trip. Expensive and poor quality service in addition to not even worth commenting on the type of personal treatment we have had.
