★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um café vulgar com ambiente frio e pouco acolhedor. A qualidade dos produtos é má, e o atendimento ainda pior. O empregado andava a passear perdido pelo interior do café sem sequer se preocupar em atender os clientes. A somar a isso, ainda se enganou num simples pedido de um croissant com uma água, para além de ter demorado cerca de 7 minutos para o trazer. Existem certamente opções melhores e mais acolhedoras na zona.
 An ordinary cafe with a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. The quality of the products is bad, and the service even worse. The waiter was wandering around the cafe without even bothering to serve the customers. In addition to that, he was still mistaken in a simple order for a croissant with water, in addition to taking about 7 minutes to bring it. There are certainly better and more welcoming options in the area.

Encomendo bolos nesta pastelaria há mais de 10 anos e acho que tiveram uma desconsideração incrível, tanto pelo trabalho que fizeram, bem como pela atitude de ainda me querer fazer uma “pequena atenção” num trabalho destes.
Confirmei duas vezes se estava tudo bem e se existia alguma dúvida, inclusive a senhora que recebeu o meu pedido ao telemóvel (a única pessoa prestável no meio desta situação) escreveu “qualquer dúvida ligar a cliente”.
Acho que até uma criança de 10 anos entendia que não era suposto ser uma fotografia impressa. Uma fotografia de um bolo em cima de um bolo?!
Um aniversário de 30 anos sem bolo de aniversário. Parabéns ao pasteleiro/a.
I write this comment to demonstrate my displeasure.
I have been ordering cakes in this pastry shop for over 10 years and I think they had an incredible disregard, both for the work they did, as well as the attitude of still wanting me to pay a “little attention” to a job like this.
I twice confirmed if everything was ok and if there was any doubt, including the lady who received my order on her cell phone (the only helpful person in the middle of this situation) wrote “any questions, call the client”.
I think even a 10 year old understood that it wasn't supposed to be a printed photograph. A photograph of a cake on top of a cake?!
A 30th birthday without a birthday cake. Congratulations to the baker.
