★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto que vinha embrulhado em plástico e que, como tal, não permitia ver 100% as condições do mesmo. Ao chegar a casa e ao abrir a embalagem, vi que o produto vinha danificado (partido, mesmo!). Diriji-me, então, à loja para pedir substituição da peça partida e disseram que tinham vendido o último conjunto há umas horas.
Qual a solução? UM VALE PARA USAR NA LOJA QUE APENAS DURA 10 MINUTOS! Que forma de atuar mais ridícula e antipática! Irei fazer reclamação por escrito e será a última vez a comprar o que quer que seja nessa loja.
 I bought a product that was wrapped in plastic and, as such, it was not possible to see 100% of its condition. Upon arriving home and opening the package, I saw that the product was damaged (broken, even!). So I went to the store to ask for a replacement for the broken part and they said they had sold the last set a few hours ago.
What is the solution? A VALUE TO USE IN THE STORE THAT ONLY LASTS 10 MINUTES! What a ridiculous and obnoxious way to act! I will make a written complaint and it will be the last time I buy anything at this store.
