The first exam session, Doctor Teo did not even provide full physical assessment on my condition and ask me to come back a second time after providing theoretical information on my condition. At second appointment arrival, Doctor Teo took less than 10 min to check my physical condition and adjust the neck. When mentioning the lower back should be adjusted, he mentioned it was done and we should schedule a third visit. Doctor Tanya was appointed for the next visit, which provide me adjustment. unfortunately this worsened my condition. I had to go to an other first exam chiropractor to receive a full 1 hour treatment and fix the ongoing problem.

I had been suffering from terrible back aches (I could hardly move) that had gotten worse ever since the birth of my first child. I was desperate for help, and I had tried everything, but to no avail. I had done physiotherapy, massage, heat treatments, acupuncture, electrical nerve stimulation therapy, etc. Nothing worked! And then my sister finally said to me "Why don't you go and see a chiropractor?" I had no idea what that was and was also a bit sceptic, but I was in so much pain that I had nothing to lose. I searched for one in Lisbon and luckily found Viver Quiroprática. I scheduled a visit and when Dr. Theo Koenen saw me he explained to me that my spine was misaligned and that I needed to adjust it. I started going twice a week and after less than two months the pain was gone and I literally felt like a new person. In conclusion, I highly recommend Viver Quiroprática to anyone out there who is suffering from back and neck pain.
