L	Lidia Neto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje ao Centro de Formação, e fui recebida por um segurança novo que me falou com educação, mas quando eu lhe fiz algumas perguntas ele não me soube responder e foi perguntar a um colega mais velho, que se dirigiu a mim com arrogância, tanto na postura como nas palavras, e ainda me acusou de lá ter ido ontem chatea-lo, quando eu lhe disse que não fui eu começou a gozar-me, e mandou-me sair rápidamente daquele lugar. Chego a casa e ligo várias vezes para o Centro e ninguém atende. A estrela que fui obrigada a dar é muito negativa. I went to the Training Center today, and I was received by a new security guard who spoke politely to me, but when I asked him some questions he did not know how to answer and went to ask an older colleague, who addressed me with arrogance, both in posture as well as in words, and he even accused me of going there yesterday to upset him, when I told him I wasn't, I started to make fun of him, and he ordered me to leave that place quickly. I come home and call the Center several times and no one answers. The star I was forced to give is very negative.

They already have free training, they already have a meal allowance, they transport everything for free, yet these people complain and criticize the ungrateful people with their full bellies.

O que se pretendo destes organismos é que estejam abertos à sociedade e que a ajudem, ou estarei equivocada. How come a state training center never answers the phones, you only have work because all the Portuguese people pay high taxes. The intention of these organisms is that they are open to society and that they help it, or I will be wrong.
E	Era uma vez com Catarina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma Formação através do IEFP em Ranholas, modalidade a distância, válidei todas as UFCDs, cumpri estágio curricular na Sta Csa da Misericórdia e até o momento presente não recebi meu certificado. Considerando e-mails que enviei para Dra Ana Fontoura sem retorno nenhum, fui presencialmente ao IEFP por 2 vezes e ninguém sabe me explicar o porque não tenho e não recebi meu certificado. Falta de respeito e consideração para comigo cidadã e falha na comunicação organizacional! I did a training through the IEFP in Ranholas, distance modality, I validated all the UFCDs, I completed a curricular internship at Sta Csa da Misericórdia and until now I have not received my certificate. Considering emails I sent to Dra Ana Fontoura without any response, I went to the IEFP in person twice and no one can explain to me why I don't have and I didn't receive my certificate. Lack of respect and consideration for me as a citizen and failure in organizational communication!
