Podiam ser mais explícitos e ao tarem omitiram algumas informações pedem valor
O nem caso a pos ter reservado um telemóvel ao fim de 10 dias ainda nao tinha sido contactado desloquei me a loja logo ai me informaram que pode ser ate um mês depois disto se calhar mudar de operadora
Approach to customers are not the best
They could be more explicit and when they omitted some information they ask for value
Even if I had reserved a cell phone after 10 days, I had not yet been contacted, I went to the store right away and informed me that it may be up to a month after this, maybe change operator

I got internet cut after 24h of installation and they keep telling me ! we can do nothing to help you !
