★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionário agiu como se fosse que eu estava ali pedindo favor. Fui em busca de uma portabilidade, mas pelo descaso já começo a repensar novamente. O mesmo teve o disparate de nao parar de mexer em seu telemóvel, mal respondia minhas perguntas e quando respondia era ríspido!
Employee acted as if I was there asking for favor. I was in search of a portability, but by the neglect already start to rethink again. The same had the nonsense of not stop messing with his cell phone, he hardly answered my questions and when he answered it was harsh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez piores e sâo uma sombra do que já foram no passado. Agendei com eles a instalação num sábado entre as as 14h30 e as 18h30. Recebi um sms e um toque do 800 910 365. Abri o SMS e dizia que o instalador estava à minha porta. Liguei de imediato para o 800 910 365 e expliquei toda a situação, dizem para não me preocupar-mw. Entretanto vejo uma carrinha a sair da minha rua. Depois de ter lhes ligado 4x, e recebido vários "toques" recebo a notificação que o técnico não conseguiu entrar em contacto comigo e deu o serviço como concluído. Resumindo contratam instaladores mentirosos que não querem trabalhar... são este o tipo de pessoas que trabalham com a Vodafone hoje em dia...
Worse and worse and a shadow of what they were in the past. I scheduled the installation with them on a Saturday between 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm. I received an sms and a ringtone from 800 910 365. I opened the SMS and it said the installer was at my door. I immediately called 800 910 365 and explained the whole situation, they say not to worry-mw. Meanwhile, I see a van pulling out of my street. After I have called them 4x, and received several "rings" I receive the notification that the technician was unable to contact me and gave the service as completed. In short, they hire lying installers who don't want to work... these are the kind of people who work with Vodafone these days...
