Enviam fatura por e-mail, sempre acima do contratado, todos os meses pago sempre + , ou é por isto, ou é por aquilo.
Em julho a fatura era o valor contratado + 300€+/- com dados móveis gastos (dizem eles) e sem avisar o cliente.
Nunca paguei igual desde que sou cliente.
Vergonhoso
Terrible service as well as the service.
They send an invoice by e-mail, always above the contracted amount, every month I always pay + , either for this or for that.
In July the invoice was the contracted amount + €300+/- with mobile data spent (they say) and without informing the customer.
I've never paid the same since I'm a customer.

One may get all the information on the different cost schemes of pre-paid phone cards, as well as other home and business telecommunication contracts. To note that VODAFONE is the operator in Portugal presently offering best technological network, but it does not offer the cheapest prices.
