★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirigi-me hoje à vossa Loja Vodafone de MAFRA, tendo sido atendido pela funcionária SANDRA à qual desde já deixo aqui um elogio, não só á loja mas principalmente a esta funcionária pela forma profissional e paciente como tentou, e conseguiu, espero, resolver o problema que se vem arrastando á cerca de 4 meses de cobrança de um valor indevido de uma velocidade de 200mb que já fazia parte do nosso contrato. Apenas e graças ás funcionárias desta loja, provavelmente irei manter-me na Vodafone, pois desde o início do meu contrato foram vários os problemas que tive nos vossos serviços e que as várias funcionárias desta loja sempre conseguiram resolver, apesar de por vezes, na minha presença, tinham os telefones em altavoz , terem sido de alguma forma tratadas com muita agressividade pelas equipas telefónicas. Um bem haja as estas profissionais.

I went to your MAFRA Vodafone store today, having been attended by the SANDRA employee, who I would like to praise here, not only to the store but mainly to this employee for the professional and patient way she tried, and I managed, hopefully, to solve the problem. problem that has been dragging on for about 4 months of charging an undue amount of a 200mb speed that was already part of our contract. Just and thanks to the employees of this store, I will probably stay at Vodafone, since since the beginning of my contract there were several problems that I had with your services and that the various employees of this store have always managed to solve, although sometimes, in my presence, had the phones on loudspeaker, have somehow been treated very aggressively by the telephone teams. We wish these professionals well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um serviço movel router ha uns 4 meses de 1 euro por dia, disseram me que o servico so contava nos dias em que usufruia dele bastava desligar os dados que o saldo nao mexia. Contudo este mes desliguei os dados moveis durante 2 dias pois nao iria necessitar. Acabaram por contar.
Com isto quero dizer honestidade zero no servico prestado por esta loja e atendimento nada simpatico tambem.
Nao recomendo
I purchased a mobile router service about 4 months ago for 1 euro a day, they told me that the service only counted on the days I used it, all you had to do was turn off the data and the balance didn't move. However this month I turned off mobile data for 2 days as I wouldn't need it. They ended up counting.
By this I mean zero honesty in the service provided by this store and unfriendly service either.
