Felizmente fui à loja do centro de Ovar e o atendimento foi completamente diferente, funcionária super atenciosa.

My congratulations to Sandra Soares of Loja Vodafone Dolce Vita Ovar, for the way she solved a problem related to the termination of a contract which we tried, for days, to solve by email with Vodafone but without success. We used this store and Sandra, in addition to her friendliness, demonstrated professionalism, efficiency and speed in resolving the process. Our well-being!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela primeira vez, recusaram-se a prestar qualquer informação sobre os serviços associados ao meu telemóvel. Levei todos os documentos que pudessem vir a ser necessários, mas a funcionária optou pela via mais fácil, não fazer nada!
Felizmente o meu problema ficou resolvido graças à simpatia e prestabilidade (algo que faltou nesta loja) de quem me atendeu numa das linhas da Vodafone.
Não recomendo esta loja, mas recomendo as restantes vias de contacto da Vodafone.
For the first time, they refused to provide any information about the services associated with my mobile phone. I took all the documents that might be necessary, but the employee chose the easiest way, to do nothing!
Fortunately, my problem was solved thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness (something that was lacking in this store) of those who attended me on one of Vodafone's lines.
I do not recommend this store, but I do recommend the other Vodafone contact channels.
