★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a non-Portuguese client, the salesman (Celso) was rushed through the sales process. The only thing he instructed on was the GPS/iphone feature. I noticed that there was no spare tire in the trunk and called him. He said that a spare tire is optional and so are the other parts to change a flat tire. I live in the US and every car comes with a temporary tire (Donut) along with parts to change the tire. He said these parts are extra. The response from this dealership via email or phone is appalling. They are not responsive to a customer post-sale. I urge you to consider another dealership vs JapBlue in Faro. Buyer beware.

On November 23rd, 2021 I personally visited this company in Faro to order a part for my VW T4. Mr. Rui Ferreira at the spare parts, was not really motivated when I asked for the spare part. He asked me to send him an email with the corresponding photos, which I did. No response, even after the second e-mail I got no answer!
This company, especially the management, should be ashamed to represent a company like VW! I give this company -0 stars!
P.S. I ordered the part from a VW dealer in Spain, and within a day I had the spare part in my mail ...
