Não consigo responder à vossa resposta, pelo que irei responder na minha crítica inicial.
Não ponho em causa nenhuma das normas que indicaram na vossa resposta e até acredito que as mesmas sejam efetivamente cumpridas.
Contudo, aquando da minha deslocação às vossas instalações, encontravam-se no interior desta diversas pessoas, nenhuma delas usando a respectiva máscara.
Portanto, para mim não, obrigado.

I don't question any of the rules that you indicated in your answer and I even believe that they are effectively complied with.
However, when I went to your premises, there were several people inside, none of them wearing the respective mask.
So for me no thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenciosos, mas falhou em dois pontos: 1-Telefonei para saber se as peças estavam prontas, informaram que estavam e não estavam.
2-A camisa veio com uma pequena mancha de gordura, que não conseguiram remover.
Aguardando usar o serviço mais vezes, para ver se é um evento esporádico ou não.
Attentive, but failed on two points: 1-I called to find out if the pieces were ready, they said they were and they weren't.
2-The shirt came with a small grease spot, which they couldn't remove.
Waiting to use the service more often, to see if it's a sporadic event or not.
