O mesmo chamou-me mentirosa e não se dispôs a resolver o problema. Gostaria de saber o que teria uma pessoa a ganhar ao acusar um problema nas máquinas. Total falta de respeito e empatia com os clientes. Hoje de manhã, para meu espanto, uma pessoa trouxe a alcofa do animal de estimação e dois tapetes grandes para secar na máquina, já lavados de casa. A funcionária da lavandaria colocou os artigos a secar na máquina, informando-me que secar era permitido. Mais tarde, perguntei ao responsável (proprietário ?) do estabelecimento se era permitido secar tapetes ou alcofas de animais na máquina, o qual me respondeu categoricamente que não. Quando lhe apontei as máquinas com aqueles artigos em processo de secagem, mostrou-se atrapalhado mas não justificou o não cumprimento das regras de higiene estabelecidas, faltando-lhe tacto e respeito pelos clientes. Conclusão: as regras não são para todos. Não volto lá mais. This company has posted that it is not allowed to wash dog and cat rugs and baskets. It has been broken for a long time already, I lost my money twice and came back with wet sheets, I'm not going there again. It's not a good business, I do not recommend.
