Wedding Planner Algarve - Weddings by The Ateam - Estr. de Vale Judeu

Myself and Peter are still pinching ourselves about how perfect our wedding day was! We got married at GRSE on Sept 1st. As two people who found the whole idea of a wedding quite stressful, we are blown away by how successful it was. Yes, Steffie and the team insist in precise choosing and planning well in advance, but this meant that in the weeks leading up to the wedding we had very little to worry about apart from getting there! From Steffie’s organisational skills and decor, Dora’s absolutely amazing flowers (which were one of the highlights for me), to the food at GRSE and Dave belting out all the crowd pleasers, it was perfect from start to finish and our guests were really impressed and had such a fun day. You created memories for us to cherish and we haven’t stopped talking, thinking and dreaming about it ever since xxx

If there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I would! Anyone looking for a wedding planner in the Algarve - we cannot recommend the A Team enough! From our very first email, the love tour with the amazing Steffie and throughout the whole planning process - they were just incredible! They are so professional but are also full of love, energy and enthusiasm for what they do. They get to know you and are able to plan the wedding you've always dreamed of with extra detail and surprises that you also hadn't thought of. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect in every way. It was beautiful, everything ran smoothly and was well timed and it was an unforgettable day. We, along with our guests, have not stopped talking about it since and some of our guests have commented on how it's the best wedding they've ever been to and one they will remember forever. I always thought I would be relieved when it was over but I'm sad we'll never get to relive that day. Our wedding was postponed by a year due to covid and throughout all of this, the A Team continued to be not only professional but extremely positive and reassuring and they did everything they could to get our wedding back on track. They didn't discuss postponing until they had already looked at available dates and checked our venues and suppliers were also available which helped us enormously. Every single person they gave us to work with - our celebrant, hair and make up artists, baker, florist, photographer -  were all amazing people and incredible at their jobs too. We will never ever be able to thank you enough. Your future brides and grooms are so lucky to have you ❤

We had our wedding day on 23rd of September and thanks to the A Team it was truly the best day of our lives. From the first day we contacted the guys we had nothing but love and support and we just knew that this team would make our dreams come true. We had our love tour 2 years ago where Steffie brought us to the most amazing venues and helped us find the perfect place for us. From there everything was seamless and the sky was the limit. We had regular email contact with Anabella in the office and we were able to organise everything we wanted without any fuss. The suppliers recommended by the team were out of this world. The cake was divine, the flowers were stunning, our celebrant Anne was warm, kind and made everything so personal for us on the day and our videographer Orlando captured our day perfectly. Dave looked after all of the legalities to ensure we could be  legally married on the day of our wedding which was very important to us. The day itself was absolutely amazing. Steffie, Anabella and Miguel were there from start to  finish to ensure everything went smoothly and made sure my new husband and I didnt have to worry about a thing. We cannot recommend the A Team enough. They are truly amazing and we will be forever grateful to them for making our dreams come true.

We are a German couple and booked a cliff wedding with Steffie and her team. It was the best choice we could have made! Communication and Organization was so easy even from abroad and they really took care of all our wishes. We wanted a wedding with sun and beach and got an unforgettable dream come true! Especially considering the special time (Corona..) we are in right now, we felt safe the entire time and had nothing to worry about. Since the ceremony and dinner where held outside, we did not have to wear a mask. The support and handling by Steffie and her team was incredible and we are thankful for everybody that made our wedding day one of the best of our lifes! ?

Just returned home from the most amazing wedding arranged by Steffie, Dave, Anabella & Miguel. We initially met and booked them for our wedding nearly 4 years ago & due to Covid we’ve had 3 rearranged dates, finally we got to have our day on 5th October and it was nothing short of incredible ? during Covid they were fantastic and made sure we had nothing to worry about, they liaised with all the suppliers and venue so we didn’t have to, when we finally got our day it was absolutely perfect and was more than we could have ever imagined, every single thing went to plan and was better than we ever thought it would be, the attention to detail and passion each of them have for there jobs is incredible. All our guests had the best time too and said how amazing everything was. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, these are your guys. On cloud 9 thank you so so much ✨ ?

We have just returned from Portugal after having the wedding of our dreams all made possible by the amazing A Team. From start to finish (and even after!) the team have just been incredible. We booked our wedding with Steffie within a couple of days of our first video call: she listened to what we wanted and, within hours, had put a package together for us, for the perfect venue and all within budget. The team then got to work on all the fine details and Anabella in the office was constantly in touch, answering all of my questions swiftly (no matter how ‘silly’ they seemed to be), often within a couple of hours or sooner. The coordination with other suppliers (who are all of the highest standard) is also so professionally managed: Steffie clearly has an excellent relationship with all the companies involved. The day itself was just perfect - there is honestly nothing that we could fault. Everything went exactly to plan due to Steffie, Anabella and Dave’s excellent organisation and we were made to feel like royalty! The ceremony was so personal (thank you, Anne) and the venue had been transformed beyond recognition - many of our guests commented on how it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to! There were so many personal touches and little surprises - Steffie had taken the time to get to know us before the wedding and really made sure she understood exactly what we wanted before the big day. We included Steffie and Dave’s wedding band, Double Cocktail, in the package and we were not disappointed! The music during the ceremony was beautiful and, in the evening, they managed to keep most of us on the dance floor all night - what a party! Even the other guests in the hotel were dancing around the edge of the reception area, soaking up the amazing atmosphere! All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend The A Team to anyone - they are just amazing at what they do and also such genuine, lovely people, who really want to give their couples the perfect day, which they certainly did. All the team are lovely and so helpful! Very responsive via email to all our queries or happy for video chats too. We visited twice when planning our wedding, once for the love tour, which was great & another trip for hair/makeup trials & to meet our suppliers. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule due to Covid but the A Team took care of everything & put our minds at ease. If you want an Algarve wedding, I fully recommend the A Team!

We had our wedding in October 2021 in the Vida Mar. We gave Steffie some ideas of the overall vibe we were looking for and she picked some great options for the Love Tour. Unfortunately we had to postpone intially because of Covid but Steffie & Team were always extremely supportive and honest with the situation. On the day everything was indescribably perfect, and the day went without a hitch. All of the vendors we had were amazing, the food & service in the Vida Mar was excellent and the guests danced the evening away with Double Cocktail. We can’t thank the A-team enough for providing such a wonderful professional service and giving us a truly memorable day.
