★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri um produto Wells com defeito visível. Dirigi-me à loja de Faro no vale da amoreira, a funcionária pediu-me o talão de compra, como não tinha, disse-me que não havia nada a fazer. Esta é uma excelente assistência pós venda, especialmente até com os próprios produtos Wells.
 I purchased a Wells product with a visible defect. I went to the Faro store in the Amoreira Valley, the employee asked me for the purchase slip, as I didn't have it, told me there was nothing to do. This is an excellent after sales service, especially with Wells products themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 2 de Maio de 2020 por volta das 16 h fui à Welll's no Continente em Faro. Em época de Pandemia à porta vejo 3 pessoas dentro da loja e 3 empregados ao balcão. Espero até que a cliente que estava ao balcão saia e pergunte se posso entrar visto que estavam 2 clientes bem juntinhas a ver a maquilhagem e pergunto ainda se é permitido estarem 3 pessoas lá dentro....sou deveras mal tratada ....

Today, May 2, 2020, around 4 pm I went to Welll's on the mainland in Faro. In Pandemic times at the door I see 3 people inside the store and 3 employees at the counter. I wait until the client who was at the counter leaves and asks if I can come in since there were 2 clients very close together to see the makeup and I still ask if it is allowed to be 3 people inside .... I am really badly treated ....
