★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trata-se de um espaço para a pratica desportiva de padel muito bom, diria mesmo o melhor da cidade de Coimbra....o porquê??? O melhor staff ( super simpáticos e atenciosos), boas instalações, e muito bem frequentado com pessoas muito competitivas e boa onda-recomendo...
This is a space for the practice of very good paddle, I would say the best of the city of Coimbra .... why ??? The best staff (super friendly and attentive), good facilities, and very well attended with very competitive people and good wave-I recommend ...

O preço que nos foi dito ao telefone (4,20€) não correspondeu com o preço no local (8,50€). Após o pagamento informaram-nos que não havia raquetes disponível para emprestar, tivemos de aguardar 20minutos que outros jogadores acabassem. As raquetes não foram desinfetadas e encontravam-se em muito mau estado. A cereja no topo do bolo, não tinham bolas disponíveis para empresastar ainda tivemos de comprar.
Lamentável este tipo de atendimento. Provavelmente um dos piores do país.
Terrible service, not to be repeated.
The price we were told on the phone (4.20€) did not correspond with the price on the spot (8.50€). After payment we were informed that there were no rackets available to borrow, we had to wait 20 minutes for other players to finish. The rackets were not disinfected and were in very poor condition. The icing on the cake, they had no balls available for business we still had to buy.
This type of service is regrettable. Probably one of the worst in the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de ter pedido por telefone para ser reservado um campo para sábado, foram-me dados preços de uma promoção que estaria disponível até ao final do mês de outubro. Perguntei se alugavam raquetes e bolas, ao que me foi respondido que sim e que seria gratuito uma vez que era a nossa primeira vez a jogar. Quando chegámos ao WePadel, foi-nos cobrado o dobro do que me tinha sido comunicado telefonicamente, ao que a funcionária se desculpabiliza dizendo que se equivocou por estar a receber muitas reservas. Pagámos o dobro do que nos foi comunicado, tivemos de esperar por raquetes por não haver disponíveis quando chegámos e ainda tivemos de comprar bolas, por também não terem nenhumas disponíveis para empréstimo, como nos tinha sido prometido. Apesar da experiência em campo ter sido gira, tudo o resto foi catastrófico. Aconselho terem cuidado com as informações pré reserva. Peçam que vos enviem um email ou algo que prove o que vos foi dito ao telefone.
After I had asked by phone to reserve a course for Saturday, I was given prices for a promotion that would be available until the end of October. I asked if they rent rackets and balls, to which I was told yes and that it would be free as it was our first time playing. When we arrived at WePadel, we were charged double what had been communicated to me by phone, to which the employee apologizes saying that she was wrong because she was receiving too many reservations. We paid twice as much as we were told, we had to wait for rackets because they weren't available when we arrived and we even had to buy balls, as they didn't have any available for loan, as we had been promised. While the field experience was beautiful, everything else was catastrophic. I advise you to be careful with the pre booking information. Ask them to send you an email or something to prove what you were told on the phone.
