Á vinda do técnico, senhor Igor, para rectificar medidas. Super pontual, profissional, super educado e com excelentes ideias para tornar tudo o mais pratico e funcional possível.
Até por fim a instalação de janelas e porta. Mais uma vez, pontuais, eficientes e educados.
Notamos uma diferença imensa em termos térmicos e acústicos após a instalação.

From the initial contact for a quote request. Ms. Vanessa and Filipa, were always available to answer all the questions that came up. Always being fast, professional and friendly.
Coming of the technician, Mr. Igor, to rectify measures. Super punctual, professional, super polite and with excellent ideas to make everything as practical and functional as possible.
Until finally the installation of windows and door. Again, punctual, efficient and polite.
We noticed a huge difference in thermal and acoustic terms after installation.
We highly recommend the company !!

Liguei, expliquei que a obra que precisava poderia não ser possível e que, antes de partir para a mesma, deveria vir alguém ver se seria de facto possível e fazer um orçamento. A pessoa com quem falei por telefone insistiu que eu teria de tirar as medidas, enviar, esperar um orçamento aproximado e consequentemente enviar metade do dinheiro do orçamento SÓ para alguém da empresa se deslocar ao local. Disse-me para não me preocupar de todo, pois se eu decidisse não avançar com a obra, toda a quantia da minha adjudicação me seria devolvida e que os orçamentos eram gratuitos. Então, que aconteceu? Enviaram um técnico, que assim que viu a situação, percebeu que não tinha conhecimentos para realizar esta obra em particular. Enviaram então o chefe para vir ver e procurar uma solução. Este fez-me um novo orçamento já para o triplo do valor e, com o meu dinheiro do lado deles, cobraram-me 50 euros (+IVA) de deslocação - quando, desde o início, repeti n vezes que não valia a pena transferir dinheiro sem saber se a obra era possível. Não fui eu que pedi nem exigi nem necessitei de duas deslocações. Foi a wiknaplast. Ah, e ainda por cima tive de enviar três emails para que finalmente se convencessem que não iam poder ficar com os quase 500 euros que lhes tinha enviado. Demoraram 3 semanas a devolver-me o dinheiro (com menos 62 euros). Uma situação de clara manipulação, desonestidade e abuso de poder desta empresa. Absolutamente ridícula, mesquinha e prepotente a atitude. Nunca vi nada assim. Muito mau.
The dishonesty of this company is absolutely horrible.
I called, explained that the work I needed might not be possible and that, before leaving for it, someone should come and see if it was really possible and make a budget. The person I spoke to on the phone insisted that I would have to take measurements, send, wait for an approximate budget and consequently send half of the budget money ONLY to someone from the company to go to the location. He told me not to worry at all, because if I decided not to proceed with the work, the entire amount of my award would be returned to me and the quotes were free. So, what happened? They sent a technician, who as soon as he saw the situation, realized that he did not have the knowledge to carry out this particular work. They then sent the chief to come and see and look for a solution. This made me a new budget already for three times the value and, with my money on their side, they charged me 50 euros (+ VAT) for travel - when, from the beginning, I repeated n times that it was not worth transferring money without knowing if the work was possible. I was not the one who asked for or demanded or needed two trips. It was the wiknaplast. Oh, and on top of that I had to send three emails so that they finally convinced themselves that they were not going to be able to keep the almost 500 euros that I had sent them. It took me 3 weeks to return the money (less 62 euros). A situation of clear manipulation, dishonesty and abuse of power by this company. Absolutely ridiculous, petty and overbearing attitude. I've never seen anything like it. Very bad.
