Alguma demora na entrega face ao prometido. Ainda assim, a instalação foi feita com qualidade e no final foi prestada ajuda para concurso ao Fundo Ambiental, prestando a documentação e auxílio necessário.

duas vezes. Primeiro para medir as janelas para confirmar as medidas já dadas por nós e depois para a montagem. Serviço 5⭐, muito prestáveis em todo o processo de escolha, montagem excelente, e material de qualidade. Até na montagem tiveram o cuidado de não danificar os fios da televisão que já existiam e se ao início pensei ter de chamar os técnicos do serviço para reparar e repor os fios, tal não foi preciso pela atenção a esse pormenor. Valeu muito a pena e recomendo imenso!
Spectacular service! They came from Porto to Covilhã
twice. First to measure the windows to confirm the measurements already given by us and then to the assembly. 5⭐ Service, very helpful throughout the whole process of choice, excellent assembly, and quality material. Even during the assembly, they were careful not to damage the existing television wires and if at the beginning I thought I would have to call the service technicians to repair and replace the wires, this was not necessary due to the attention to this detail. It was really worth it and I highly recommend it!

Encomendei 3 janelas e enganaram se nas 3 medidas depois disse que era assim ameaçando para deixar acabar o trabalho, dizendo que se nao ficava bem que tirava, mas no fim ficou como esta nas fotos trabalho mal feito com acabamento que parece de wc. Nao baixou o preço nem ofereceu os blacksout que tinha prometido. So nao reclamei para outras entidades pois ja tinha feito o pagamento.
This company deceives customers, pay close attention. I ordered 3 windows and they were wrong in the 3 measurements then I said that it was like that, threatening to let the work finish, saying that if it wasn't good, I would take it off, but in the end it was like this in the photos, poorly done work with finishing that looks like a bathroom. He didn't lower the price or offer the blacksout he had promised. I just didn't complain to other entities because I had already made the payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri as janelas da Windoor porto no inicio de Setembro, tudo correu muito bem, desde atendimento, atenção e profissionalismo do técnico da medição que me ajudou fazer escolha definitiva. Indicaram me o prazo de 15-20 dia uteis o mesmo foi cumprido, com 3 dias antes avisaram que a montagem seria no dia "X" e nesse mesmo dia efetuaram a montagem. Equipa técnica fiz tudo num dia só, remoção e montagem, acabamentos e limpeza, foram muito simpáticos e cuidadosos e muito profissionais
Então decidi deixar aqui o meu comentário para dar os parabéns pelo serviço prestado a toda equipa da Windoor Porto, e com toda a certeza posso deixar aqui uma dica, quem ainda está a tomar a decisão para substituir as vossas janelas aconselho 100% a Windoor Porto.
I purchased the windows from Windoor porto in the beginning of September, everything went very well, from the service, attention and professionalism of the measurement technician who helped me make a definitive choice. They indicated me the deadline of 15-20 working days, it was fulfilled, with 3 days before they warned that the assembly would be on the "X" day and that same day they carried out the assembly. The technical team did everything in one day, removal and assembly, finishing and cleaning, they were very friendly and careful and very professional
So I decided to leave my comment here to congratulate the service provided to the entire Windoor Porto team, and I can certainly leave a tip here, who is still making the decision to replace your windows, I recommend 100% to Windoor Porto .
