★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a Tuesday at 8:30p and had a great experience. Great prices for wine, cheese, jam with a look at the river. The staff was super friendly too. I recommend you take a moment to enjoy the views at this place if you have the time (an hour is enough)

It is located a level higher than other bars along the river, which makes it feel less touristy and provides and even better vibe of the city. The wine recommendations were amazing and the food was delicious. We got cheese, bread, fresh octopus and shrimps, which all tasted great. 5/5!

Strongly recommended the 10 year Tawny port with some sheep&goat cheese, and some bread.
Fresh simple and octopus are very yummy and fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was one of my boyfriend and my highlights when we were visiting Porto.
There are about 16 seats available outside facing the Douro River and more inside. No reservations are taken which I believe is a fair system -
first come, first serve.
The selection of wine and tapas is perfect for a sundowner or dinner while watching the sunset. Even if you’re not very hungry, do yourself a favour and order the bread with some tomato or olives. The bread is served warm and fresh and you will find yourself ordering another serving.
Even though the place was completely booked, all girls working on staff that evening were absolutely pleasant and always took the time to walk us through the wines and give us their recommendations. We asked them to choose six different wines for us and each of them were spot on.
Thank you for a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back the next time we’re in Porto!
