Começaram por substituir o chá verde que vendiam por um chá de qualidade muito inferior. Depois os pratos deixaram de ser tão bem servidos, e actualmente paga-se o mesmo por muito menos quantidade.  It was one of the few minimally healthy fastfood brands. However, for my taste it has been deteriorating, and I started to attend much less. They started by substituting the green tea they sold for a much lower quality tea. Then the dishes are no longer served so well, and now you pay the same for much less. It's a shame, as they took away much of the interest that there was one of the most pleasant and healthy food options existing in some shopping centers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, estive neste domingo 26/09/21 e nao pretendo voltar tão cedo. Se a funcionária que me atendeu à hora do almoço não tem competência ou vontade de trabalhar melhor seria demitir-se pois está a denegrir a imagem da casa e pior que isso, a espalhar ódio/desrespeito ao povo e a colaborar por um mundo pior.
Terrible service, I was this Sunday 26/09/21 and I don't intend to return so soon. If the employee who attended me at lunchtime is not competent or willing to work better, it would be to resign because she is denigrating the image of the house and worse than that, spreading hatred/disrespect to the people and collaborating for a worse world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many others have already pointed out, the price it really over the top.
Example: just the noodles with default vegetables (no ingredients), a sauce and a drink is 8,30€. If you add a couple ingredients (nothing fancy, just bacon and mushrooms), it's already close to 12€, which for fast food noodles is not worth it, even if it tastes good.
