★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rápidos a enviar, mas quando se enganam na encomenda dizem que não pode ser, que o cliente é que se enganou, mesmo com a fatura como prova do engano. Não voltarei a comprar mais nada nesta loja.
 Quick to send, but when they make a mistake in the order they say it can't be, that the customer is the one who made a mistake, even with the invoice as proof of the mistake. I will not buy anything else at this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei uma balança Renpho que ao chegar não sincronizava com a app Renpho, quando fui ver o manual de instruções, afinal a balança é uma especie de replica que trabalha com uma app chamada OKOK. Não atendem telefone, não respondem a emails e ainda me bloquearam no facebook. Comprei gato por lebre ao preço do original e que agora não me sincroniza com os restantes equipamentos da marca Renpho.
I ordered a Renpho scale that did not sync with the Renpho app when I arrived, when I went to see the instruction manual, after all the scale is a kind of replica that works with an app called OKOK. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails and they even blocked me on facebook. I bought a pig in a poke at the price of the original and now it doesn't sync with the other Renpho equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maior vigarice que já conheci, comprei uma piscina 400x200x122 anunciada a 380€, com desconto de 70% e ainda me descontaram mais 38€ enviaram uma piscina mini no valor de 184€, recusei, nem estorno do que paguei 342€ nem piscina, apenas me enviaram uma fatura no valor de 184€ e depois um e-mail a dizer que devolveram 184€ coisa que não fizeram. VIGARISTAS.
The biggest scam I've ever known, I bought a 400x200x122 pool advertised at 380€, with a 70% discount and they even discounted me another 38€ they sent me a mini pool worth 184€, I refused, not even refunding what I paid 342€ or swimming pool, they just sent me an invoice worth 184€ and then an email saying that they returned 184€ which they didn't do. CROOKS.
