C	Carla Barbosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirigi-me hoje de manhã a esta loja, e fui muito bem recebida por um senhor, que presumo que fosse o proprietário, como não tinha no piso do mesmo o tecido que eu procurava, disse para eu ir ao piso inferior e falar com as colegas, e explicar o que eu pretendia, e disse alguns nomes de tecidos. Desci, estavam 2 funcionárias a enrolar um rolo e a conversarem, fiquei cerca de 5 min a aguardar que as mesmas me ajudassem, pois percebi que estavam a fazer algo e não quis incomodar. Uma das senhoras questiona-me o que eu quero, sem um bom dia, e/ou vir ao pé de mim, eu expliquei para que efeito era e disse 2 dos 3 nomes dos tecidos que o senhor outrora me tinha dito que me poderiam mostrar, a mesma apenas disse que naquele correr com padrão e por baixo "daquele" móvel tinha sem padrão, e continuou a conversa com a colega. Andei a tentar perceber o que era ao certo, fiquei novamente a ver se alguém vinha perguntar se realmente era aquilo que eu pretendia, mas nada, suponho que a conversa que estavam a ter estivesse bastante interessante. Subi e fui novamente questionada pelo proprietário se tinha encontrado o que pretendia, ao qual apenas disse que não, acabou por me ajudar em relação às medidas e tipo de tecido que eu devia procurar, bastante simpático. Não achei por bem falar com o mesmo sobre a situação sobre as funcionárias, porque estavam outros clientes em loja, e não achei que fizesse sentido. Também trabalho no atendimento ao cliente, na venda de artigos, e sei que a partir do momento que entra alguém em loja, temos de parar o que estamos a fazer, para prestar atenção ao cliente, pois o mesmo pode precisar de ajuda, e acaba por se sentir incomodado por ter de "chatear" o funcionário. Após ler algumas críticas, percebi que não sou a única a reclamar do atendimento. Apesar de tudo, dou os meus parabéns ao proprietário pela amabilidade que teve desde que entrei em loja. I went this morning to this store, and was very well received by a gentleman, who I assume was the owner, as he didn't have the fabric I was looking for on the floor of the store, he told me to go downstairs and talk to the colleagues, and explain what I intended, and said some fabric names. I went down, there were 2 employees rolling a roll and talking, I stayed about 5 minutes waiting for them to help me, because I realized they were doing something and I didn't want to bother. One of the ladies asks me what I want, without a good day, and/or coming to my side, I explained what it was for and said 2 of the 3 names of the fabrics that you had previously told me they could show me , she just said that on that run with a pattern and under "that" furniture there was no pattern, and continued the conversation with her colleague. I was trying to figure out what it really was, I was again looking to see if anyone would come to ask if it was really what I wanted, but nothing, I suppose the conversation they were having was quite interesting. I went up and was asked again by the owner if I had found what I wanted, to which I just said no, he ended up helping me with the measurements and type of fabric I should look for, very nice. I didn't think it was good to talk to him about the situation about the employees, because there were other customers in the store, and I didn't think it made sense. I also work in customer service, selling items, and I know that from the moment someone enters the store, we have to stop what we are doing, to pay attention to the customer, as they may need help, and for feeling annoyed by having to "annoy" the employee. After reading some reviews, I realized that I'm not the only one to complain about the service. In spite of everything, I congratulate the owner for the kindness he has shown since I entered the store.
