o	olivier chaboussant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce"magasin" temporaire devant le continente,est très mal géré,pas de bonjour quand on rentre pour acheter un smartphone dans mon cas, l'homme qui gère ce lieu, devrait être temporaire aussi. This "store" temporary before the continent is poorly run, no hello when we go to buy a smartphone in my case, the man who runs this place, should be temporary as well.
B	Bri Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de uma Máquina de café Delta Q Cool no site da Worten, dado que existia em stock, e escolhi a opção "click and collect", a recolher na loja de Albufeira. Efectuei o respetivo pagamento, recebi mensagem de que o pedido estava a ser processado e pouco tempo depois, recebo mensagem a informar que a encomenda se encontra disponível para entrega. Dirijo-me à loja, sou informada que não têm a máquina e que não a iria receber. Peço o livro de reclamações, dizem-me para esperar, voltam uns 5mn com a bendita máquina ( que foram buscar fora da loja!). E pronto, é isto! Simpatia do funcionário 1- Gestão do site e Stocks 0 I purchased a Delta Q Cool Coffee Machine on the Worten website, as it was in stock, and chose the "click and collect" option, to be collected at the Albufeira store. I made the respective payment, received a message that the order was being processed and shortly thereafter, I received a message informing that the order is available for delivery. I go to the store, I am informed that they do not have the machine and that I would not receive it. I ask for the complaints book, they tell me to wait, they return about 5mn with the blessed machine (which they picked up outside the store!). And that's it! Employee sympathy 1- Site and Stock Management 0

I went there to purchase e.scooter and wanted to ask about it and he tried to explain me in Portuguese . Don't recommend for english buyers 00000

I went there to get my phone screen fixed costing me an absolute fortune… for the phone screen to lift up and luckily I had warranty so I went back to get it fixed, only to find out when I received my phone back that they spent nearly 1 hour going through my camera roll/photos!!!

Asked them whether they knew a shop in the area that has one. Answer "No". Despite the fact that there is another much bigger Worten and FNAC just 3km away. Drive to the bigger store if you want something.
