Terrible customer service, they don't have commercial training, they don't even know how to explain how the devices work that no one has anything repaired because I had a cell phone repaired for insurance I paid the extra they left to send a message no one sent anything no one knew about the cell phone until someone found it at the store in the trophy two months later it still came worse than when it was
