Até era cliente de estabelecimentos SONAE, mas ultimamente, graças aos nervos de frequentar os entrepostos da Azambuja, já não consigo ver uma insígnia da SONAE sem que o estômago não se revolte!
Uma vergonha autêntica comentada à boca cheia por quem não tem outra opção senão ter de frequentar este entreposto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente uma vergonha. Um camião apresentasse às 11h00 para descarregar, dizem que tenho 3 camiões á frente. Ok. Passadas 3h45 de espera mandam-me entrar a mim e ao camião que está á minha frente, logo demoram mais de 2h para efectuar uma descarga. Ao entrar vou entregar os papéis na receção e pergunto quanto tempo demoram a efectuar a descarga, dizem que isso só quem me descarrega é que poderá dizer. Encosto ao cais e pergunto o mesmo, resposta é que depende da receção ?. Demoraram 25 min a efectuar a descarga, espetáculo, mas logo a seguir demoram 45min a entregar papéis ??.
Simplesmente uma vergonha. Um camião custa muito a pagar e com os portes das viagens cada vez mais baixos e o combustível mais caro, é necessário trabalhar muito para poder pagar. Vocês não têm respeito nenhum pelos transportadores. Sois uma vergonha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Контора просто лютый трэш, кто сюда попадёт, тому желаю ангельского терпения и вагона времени на тахо. Приехал в 7:30, процесс разгрузки занял 7 часов !!!
Сначала регистрация на воротах, стоишь ждёшь в очереди, потом ждёшь пока запустят на сами склады. Территория заставлена фурами, продираешься сквозь них ищешь свое место.
Потом регистрация в офисе на территории, стоишь ждёшь в очереди, пока офисные дамочки лихорадочно копаются в бумагах.
Потом едешь на рампу, там ждёшь, пока разгрузят - надо отдать должное, разгружают достаточно оперативно. Когда разгрузят, снова отправляют в офис, получать cmr. Думаешь там тебе поставили печать и ты поехал? Ага, сейчас. Стоишь ждёшь вместе с другими бедолагами, пока складские принесут твои доки, потом офисные дамочки начинают их снова перебирать. Длится это ещё полтора часа.
В итоге, все рабочее время убито, вынужденная переработка по тахо - распечатка - превед баги.
Вообщем, гореть этой конторе в аду со всей своей бюрократией.

It lasts another hour and a half.
As a result, all the working time was killed, the forced processing by tacho - printout - bothersome bugs.
In general, this office burns in hell with all its bureaucracy.
