Por fim, na hora da compra a funcionária nem sequer perguntou se gostaríamos que fosse aplicada a película no produto ou qualquer outro tipo de ajuda e ainda demonstrou uma atitude desrespeitosa e por estes mesmos motivos fiquei tão surpreendido com esta situação que preferi nem escrever no livro de reclamações, mas sim fazer chegar a minha queixa às entidades Sonae superiores.
