★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um telem e p prend natal mas não gostou fui p trocar N me deram ipotece de adquerir outro tive problemas tenho aindaas não gostei muito pois tem garantia 3 anos não poder trocar pois veio frisados natal fim ano deviam dar mais 15 dias p troca fiquei insatisfeita comprei máquina lavar roupa 500€mas nunca mais vou a wortem danou se fiquei triste duma cliente tudo comprado worten e fasem isto p esquecer
 I bought a telem ep Christmas gift but I didn't like it I went to exchange it They gave me the opportunity to buy another one I had problems I still didn't like it very much because it has a 3 year warranty I can't exchange it because it came with Christmas frills at the end of the year they had to give another 15 days for the exchange I was dissatisfied I bought it washing machine 500€ but I will never go to wortem again, it was bad if I was sad about a customer, everything bought worten and they do this to forget

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirigi-me neste dia à vossa loja e fui muito bem atendido, quando cheguei a zona de caixas deparei-me com uma confusão e falta de princípios enorme... Caixas que abriram novas filas depois pessoas que são atendidas numa caixa e que têm de ir para outra terminar o serviço, entretanto a pessoa que estava na minha caixa saiu para terminar o atendimento que estava à minha frente e não volta.... A pessoa da caixa ao lado veio atender-me pois vui que estava aborrecido.... E deixou a pessoa à espera da sua caixa... Uma desgraça apesar de tudo não é culpa deles mas sim de quem tem estas tristes ideias e a quem pagam bastante...
I went this day to your shop and was very well attended, when I reached the area of boxes I was faced with a confusion and lack of principles ... huge boxes that have opened new lines after people who are cared for in a box and have to go to another to finish the job, but the person who was in my box out to end the service that was ahead of me and not back .... one box next to come meet me because he was bored vui ... . and let the person waiting for your box ... a disgrace though it is not their fault but of those who have these sad ideas and who pay enough ...
