★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui ate a loja para fazer o cartão, e a atendente nao soube fazer o cadastro, nao sei se foi falta de treinamento ou conhecimento, a primeira pergunta dela foi: -vc e brasileiro ? pq se for o cadastro nunca da certo, nem para brasileiro nem para indianos. Perguntei o por que, e ela bem rapida me disse que "so portugueses poderiam comprar a parcelas." Agradeci pela ajuda e fui embora. Assim que cheguei no carro minha esposa disse que passou por esse mesmo problema em outra loja, e me disse que esse problema seria resolvido, se a atendente preenchesse o formulario de maneira correta (um erro que acontecia quando se colocava no campo de Nacionalidade, era preenchido PORTUGUES/A para todos/as), assim que ela refez o formulario adivinha... deu certo, o erro era simplesmente isso. Agora imaginasse o quanto de pessoas deixaram de comprar e o quanto a loja deixou de vender por esse simples motivo. Falta de treinamento ou de vontade ? (basico de um bom atendimento).
Yesterday I went to the store to make the card, and the clerk didn't know how to register, I don't know if it was a lack of training or knowledge, her first question was: -vc and Brazilian? pq if the registration never works, neither for Brazilian nor for Indians. I asked why, and she quickly told me that "only Portuguese could buy the parcels." I thanked him for the help and left. As soon as I got in the car my wife said she went through this same problem in another store, and she told me that this problem would be solved, if the attendant filled out the form correctly (an error that happened when she was placed in the Nationality field, it was filled in ENGLISH / A for everyone), as soon as she redid the form, guess what ... it worked, the error was just that. Now imagine how many people stopped buying and how much the store stopped selling for that simple reason. Lack of training or willpower? (basic good service).
