★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pre-ordered an item online to this store, on release day they sent me a text saying it would be sent in 3 days, i sent an email asking if it would be possible to pick up a copy in the store without the pre-order bonus,.... this email was ignored but aknowledged, after the 3 days i went to the store, there they said it would take up to 1 month and 4 days to be delivered while there were copies in store that had the preorder bonus anyways. I then asked for the complaints book.
Do not go to this store, this is a common ocurance, and it should be known to everyone.
