Comprei um celular no dia 01/10 e veio com problema, descarregou e não ligou mais, fui fazer a troca pela garantia no dia 04/10, e os funcionários disseram q não poderiam fazer a troca, pois o mesmo estava com um leve trincado por dentro do aparelho, o q foi um total absurdo, sendo que o celular em dois dias de uso não ligou mais por que descarregou completamente e o telemóvel não voltou a ligar, e ainda disseram que havia um trincado por dentro do aparelho.
Too bad. I bought a cell phone on 10/01 and it came with a problem, it ran down and didn't call anymore, I went to exchange it for the warranty on 10/4, and the employees said they couldn't change it because it had a slight crack inside the device, which was totally absurd, and the cell phone in two days of use did not turn on because it completely discharged and the cell phone did not turn on again, and they even said that there was a crack inside the device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Made an order in April, did not receive the order because of Covid. Ok. But then after being called for a new delivery date. Still nothing. Called them back around that time, 2 products we bought are not in stock. Then had to go to the store in Loulé, no news. But a solution was proposed (in May): a new delivery date in July, nothing more. Then this new delivery date was also not correct, because again: it was not in stock: solution? so we got an alternative machine for the same price and got the money back for the 2nd product. Had to make a new appointment separately with worten for the installation.
We thank the employees for the effort during this incidence. I do not recommend Worten unless they make the necessary changes to their inventory system and transparency..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today I had a terrible experience. I am in an advanced state of pregnancy. I waited 10 minutes for someone to serve me at the collect and go point. Nobody did it. Suddenly, a new client showed up and was served straight away, completely ignoring me. I pointed out to the employee (he looked like a store manager) that I was waiting here and I was the first and also pregnant (as far as I know - I have priority), he threw the words over his shoulder: wait more please.
