O staff tem pouca formação e não é muito disponível para ajudar.
Very messy Worten store with little selection of products. It only serves for an extraction.

I like to be a customer, I like the after-sales service, but this rating is a vote of encouragement to improve because lately things have dropped a bit. I didn't want to change suppliers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi melhor do que é atualmente. Tem pouca escolha em termos de marcas. Reduziu substancialmente nos últimos anos a variedade dos produtos. Pouca assistência ao cliente apesar de serem simpáticos e prestáveis.
It was better than it is today. You have little choice in terms of brands. It has substantially reduced the variety of products in recent years. Little customer assistance despite being friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pessoa faz uma reserva, tendo esta uma promoção de um brinde, e quando vou buscar a tal reserva não tinham o brinde, pediram para passar mais tarde, não tinham outra vez. Não sabem fazer os pedidos em condição e não têm organização.
One person makes a reservation, having a freebie promotion, and when I go to get such a reservation they didn't have the freebie, they asked to pass later, they didn't have it again. They do not know how to order properly and have no organization.

Bulky purchases require transportation in Continente supermecado cars, being necessary to go down to the Super, since they do not exist in Worten itself, which becomes uncomfortable.
