★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We placed our Funchal, Madeira for sale with this company the first week of December 2016. The following week, we having returned to the UK, a couple viewed it. There was then total silence with no feedback whatsoever. We had a local representative and she had no contact from the firm either. We went to Funchal in June 2017, 7months, later only for the rep to say he'd been laid off in December by the company and blocked from their website. When I asked why on earth he hadn't advised us he, without apology , just said he'd been trying to sell it privately!. We placed it with another agent and it sold in 4days! Totally unimpressed with the firm and would never recommend it

Covid interrupted our search midway but Rui never gave up on us and finally we were all rewarded when we found just what we were looking for in Sao Bras!
But Worthy Properties did much more than just offer real estate consultancy: they helped us in so many ways with finding professionals, services and completing paperwork … it would have been a much harder and lengthier process without their help, due to language and cultural differences.
We started looking for properties and ended up finding good friends !!
